Goulburn River Trout is committed to producing products of the
highest quality with full attention paid to food safety. Every
fish (or processed product) sold by us is traceable back to
the individual pond it originated. Similarly, every fish has
life-time traceability – from fertilization to harvest.
Fish
are fed from accredited suppliers of fish feed to ensure product
integrity; while processing is performed in an Australian
Quarantine Inspection Service plant.
